You can choose amongst three different tastings, each one offering a selection of the best Pecorino di Pienza, starting with those more mildly flavoured and getting to the more complex and intense ones.

Each tasting is combined with a different kind of wine.

“LA BUCA VECCHIA” SELECTION

- truffle pecorino, fresh pecorino, semi aged and aged

“PIENZA” SELECTION

- truffle pecorino, fresh pecorino, semi aged and aged, Gran riserva and marc pecorino

- fresh ricotta served with cocoa
- fresh fruit
- glass of DOC red wine (Montalcino or Montepulciano)

“MONTEPULCIANO” SELECTION

- primo sale (soft cheese) on toasted bread, truffle pecorino, fresh pecorino, semi aged and aged, Gran riserva and walnut leaves
- Cinta Senese ham and capocollo
- bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil
- ricotta served with cocoa
- fresh fruit
- glass of DOCG Nobile di Montepulciano wine

“MONTALCINO” SELECTION

- primo sale (soft cheese) on toasted bread, truffle pecorino, fresh pecorino, semi aged and aged, Gran riserva and "fossa" pecorino cheese
